About this role

Bjak, Southeast Asia's largest insurance portal, seeks an experienced full-stack engineer to develop robust backend systems with NodeJS and modern frontend applications with ReactJS/NextJS. You'll ensure production stability, mentor junior developers, and contribute to making financial services more accessible across the region in a fully remote role.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain high-quality backend systems using NodeJS while following best practices
• Develop responsive frontend applications with ReactJS/NextJS adhering to coding standards
• Monitor production systems and resolve critical issues to minimize downtime
• Identify code optimization opportunities and implement enhancements
• Support cross-functional teams by handling change requests efficiently
• Mentor junior developers and review peer pull requests for code quality
