- Own and define strategy for product areas (insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services)

- Transform complex financial products into intuitive customer experiences
- Use data, user feedback, and post-launch performance to iterate and improve
- Navigate trade-offs between speed, UX quality, business impact, regulatory compliance, and operational complexity
