QA Automation Engineer - AI Workflow Systems (Remote, China)

About this role

BJAK seeks a QA Automation Engineer in China to build and maintain automated test coverage for AI-powered insurance workflow systems. You'll ensure complex multi-step processes for quotes, claims, and payments are reliable before production, collaborating remotely with engineering and product teams.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain automated test suites for web, API and backend workflow systems
• Design end-to-end test coverage for insurance flows including quotes, policy issuance, claims and payments
• Improve regression testing and pre-production quality gates
• Identify edge cases and failure paths in multi-step workflows
• Document and report bugs with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis
• Support manual testing for newly built workflows and improve QA processes
