QA Automation Engineer - Product Reliability (Remote, China)

About this role

BJAK seeks a QA Automation Engineer in China to build robust automated testing systems for an AI-powered insurance workflow platform. You'll ensure reliability across critical flows like quotes, claims, and payments through strategic test design, end-to-end validation, and close collaboration with engineering and product teams.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain automated test suites for web, API, and workflow systems covering insurance operations
• Build end-to-end test coverage across quotes, policy issuance, endorsements, claims and payment flows
• Identify edge cases, failure paths and system inconsistencies through structured testing
• Improve regression testing to reduce recurring production defects
• Document bugs with clear reproduction steps and reliability impact analysis
• Enhance QA processes and testing standards to strengthen overall product quality
