Forward Deployed Machine Learning Engineer

About this role

Black Forest Labs is hiring a Forward Deployed ML Engineer to help enterprise customers optimize and integrate FLUX generative models into their production environments. You'll bridge research and real-world deployment, solving complex technical challenges around inference optimization, model customization, and system integration.

What you'll do

• Optimize FLUX model performance across diverse customer hardware environments, balancing latency and quality
• Design and architect deep product integrations tailored to customer-specific use cases and systems
• Customize foundation models to solve novel problems identified through customer collaboration
• Diagnose performance bottlenecks in production deployments and develop solutions
• Conduct technical deep-dives with customers to translate their needs into actionable solutions
