AI Workflow Engineer

About this role

This new Enablement role focuses on helping enterprise clients redesign workflows using AI tools from Anthropic and OpenAI. You'll combine training delivery, workflow design, discovery, and practice development to drive adoption and measurable business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver training programs ranging from half-day sessions to multi-week engagements for technical and non-technical teams
• Redesign client workflows around AI tools, building skills and playbooks collaboratively with champions
• Lead discovery workshops to identify high-value AI use cases and develop business cases with clients
• Develop and own the partner enablement methodology, including curriculum, playbooks, and assessment tools
• Coach client teams through adoption and identify follow-on opportunities for Account Leads
• Create reusable workflow patterns and training assets to scale across engagements

• Human-centered design and service design thinking
• Hands-on fluency with Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI platforms
• Workshop design and facilitation experience
• Change enablement and enterprise adoption strategy
• Written and verbal communication across executive and technical audiences
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid prototyping
• Prompt design and custom workflow/skill building
• Business case development and ROI measurement
