Fullstack Design Engineer

About this role

Blaxel seeks a founding design engineer to own the end-to-end product experience of their AI-powered cloud computing platform. You'll design and ship features yourself using modern frontend tools and AI assistance, directly impacting real users while measuring outcomes and iterating rapidly.

What you'll do

• Design and ship features from concept through production code, owning the full lifecycle
• Use AI coding tools to translate designs into React/TypeScript frontend implementations
• Analyze user sessions and usage data to identify and propose UX improvements
• Measure feature impact on key metrics and iterate based on results
• Build and maintain design system, component library, and interaction patterns
• Elevate design quality across console, onboarding, docs, emails, and marketing

• Product design with exceptional visual taste and attention to detail
