About this role

Blissway is seeking a Software Engineer to join a lean startup team building AI-powered toll collection and highway safety systems. You'll own real production projects from day one, working across a full stack from roadside hardware to cloud infrastructure, with opportunities to scale prototypes into high-volume systems.

What you'll do

  • Ship production code for toll identification systems processing millions of vehicles daily
  • Scale proven prototypes into robust, high-volume production systems
  • Develop software spanning edge devices and cloud servers
  • Integrate ML models to improve highway safety in real-time
  • Move fluidly across the tech stack from ML to hardware debugging
  • Take ownership of projects with minimal guidance in a small team environment
