Software Engineer, Product & Growth

Join Blockit, a Sequoia-backed startup building an autonomous AI agent that revolutionizes scheduling and time coordination. As a Software Engineer on Product & Growth, you'll develop new agent capabilities, expand platform integrations across multiple surfaces (Slack, mobile, etc.), and ship features end-to-end while collaborating closely with users, design, and GTM teams.

What you'll do

• Build features end-to-end across backend, frontend, and agent integrations
• Expand agent capabilities with new tools to support additional workflows
• Develop and improve integrations with external services like Slack, email, and calendar providers
• Partner with design and GTM to identify user pain points and missing features
• Prototype quickly, ship, and iterate based on user feedback and metrics
• Contribute across multiple systems and codebases

• Full-stack software development (backend and frontend)
