Applied AI Software Engineer (All Levels)

About this role

Blossom Health is hiring an Applied AI Software Engineer to build scalable systems for an AI-native mental healthcare platform. You'll work in a Series A startup solving healthcare access challenges, with full ownership of meaningful projects and direct exposure to product and business scaling.

What you'll do

• Design and build scalable, reliable systems for core product workflows
• Ship high-quality code balancing speed and technical rigor
• Identify and resolve system reliability risks, owning uptime and performance
• Leverage AI to create intuitive clinician and patient experiences
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members on engineering excellence
• Build production systems end-to-end with minimal oversight
