What you'll do

• Design and build scalable, reliable systems for core product workflows
• Ship high-quality code balancing speed with technical rigor
• Own system reliability, uptime, observability, and performance
• Leverage AI to create intuitive clinician and patient experiences
• Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers on technical excellence

What they're looking for

• TypeScript and/or Python
• Full-stack production systems development
• LLM-powered applications (preferred)
• System design and scalability
• Code quality and testing practices
• Problem-solving with minimal guidance
• Ability to learn emerging technologies quickly
