Enterprise Sales Engineer — KSA

About this role

BlueCat seeks a consultative Sales Engineer to advise enterprise customers on modernizing network infrastructure through API-driven automation and intelligent DDI solutions. You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor across the customer lifecycle, combining deep networking expertise with strategic business acumen to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead consultative technical discovery and architecture sessions on infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, and automation initiatives
• Design and deliver proof-of-value engagements demonstrating automation outcomes, operational efficiency, and risk reduction
• Advise customers on modern DDI architectures, Infrastructure-as-Code strategies, and API-driven integrations across hybrid and multi-cloud environments
• Deliver technical workshops, executive presentations, and architecture reviews for technical and business stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to influence product direction and ensure smooth customer transitions
• Provide customer feedback on automation capabilities, cloud integrations, and operational requirements to shape platform direction
