Expert Computer Network Operations Developer, TS/SCI

Lead the design and development of computer network operations capabilities at a classified intelligence agency, overseeing both hardware and software solutions while mentoring technical staff and ensuring compliance with security standards.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain CNO hardware and software capabilities
• Ensure software meets network security and operational requirements
• Supervise and mentor project staff and innovation collaborative teams
• Communicate effectively with leadership and customers on project status
• Document technical solutions and maintain code quality standards

• Python and C/C++ programming
• Low-level system internals (Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network)
• TCP/IP and socket-level network programming
