What you'll do
- Apply systems and mission engineering methodologies to design and develop complex defense and space systems
- Translate operational requirements and capability gaps into technical specifications
- Develop and manage technology roadmaps for integrating emerging capabilities
- Coordinate technical efforts across government agencies, military services, laboratories, and contractors
- Guide R&D projects through full lifecycle from concept through delivery
- Support rapid prototyping and accelerated capability delivery in fast-paced environment
