What you'll do

• Apply systems and mission engineering methodologies to design and develop complex defense and space systems
• Translate operational requirements and capability gaps into technical specifications
• Develop and manage technology roadmaps for integrating emerging capabilities
• Coordinate technical efforts across government agencies, military services, laboratories, and contractors
• Guide R&D projects through full lifecycle from concept through delivery
• Support rapid prototyping and accelerated capability delivery in fast-paced environment
