What you'll do

• Build internal tools and automations that reduce operational friction across the business
• Develop full-stack applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, Next.js, and Postgres
• Turn open-ended business problems into practical technical solutions
• Use AI-native development tools as a core part of the build process
• Debug and refine systems in local and production environments, managing deployments
• Gather user feedback and iterate on solutions based on real-world impact
