Boston Materials seeks a Process Development Engineer to transform advanced material R&D into scalable, production-ready manufacturing processes. You'll collaborate with Engineering and Operations to establish reliable procedures, implement process controls, and drive continuous improvement for thermal interface materials serving AI and semiconductor applications.

What you'll do

  • Translate R&D innovations into documented, repeatable manufacturing procedures
  • Develop and implement process control strategies with rigorous data monitoring
  • Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex production bottlenecks
  • Drive process validation and optimization to meet safety, capacity, and yield targets
  • Scale pilot processes to high-volume production operations
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams on process integration
