Field Service Engineer, Ultrasound (Southeast)

Samsung is seeking a Field Service Engineer specializing in ultrasound systems to provide expert-level technical support across the Southeast (Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama). This role combines hands-on field service with relationship-building and sales support for premium imaging products at major hospital networks.

What you'll do

• Provide escalated onsite technical support for Samsung ultrasound imaging systems at tier-one hospitals
• Serve as subject matter expert and primary troubleshooter for complex ultrasound service issues
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and Samsung channel partners
• Support sales efforts for new ultrasound systems and service contracts
• Mentor and provide guidance to other field service engineers in the region
• Ensure compliance with hospital credentialing requirements
