Enterprise Solutions Engineer

About this role

Box seeks an Enterprise Solutions Engineer in Tampa to drive technical wins with enterprise clients by demonstrating the platform's AI-powered content management capabilities. You'll partner with sales teams to identify customer needs, deliver compelling demos across Box's full solution suite, and serve as the technical bridge between clients and internal product teams.

What you'll do

• Identify and solve customer business problems through research and technical discovery
• Own technical aspects of enterprise deals and drive solutions forward
• Lead product demonstrations showcasing Box AI, integrations, and full platform capabilities
• Manage technical team coordination and serve as solution quarterback for accounts
• Communicate Box value proposition to both technical and business stakeholders
• Support field marketing events as subject matter expert and presenter

• Solutions engineering and pre-sales expertise
• SaaS and enterprise software knowledge
• AI/LLM concepts and prompt engineering familiarity
• Technical presentation and demo design
• API, webhooks, and REST architecture understanding
• Low-code/no-code automation platforms (Nintex, Zapier, n8n)
• Python or Javascript experience
• Spanish language proficiency (preferred)
