Enterprise Solutions Engineer

About this role

Box seeks an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to drive technical sales for their intelligent content management platform, leveraging AI and modern integration capabilities. You'll partner with account teams to architect customer solutions, deliver compelling demonstrations of Box's full suite, and serve as a bridge between sales and product teams.

What you'll do

• Identify and solve customer business problems through technical discovery and solution design
• Own the technical aspects of enterprise deals and drive them forward to closure
• Lead product demonstrations showcasing Box AI, integrations, and full platform capabilities
• Manage technical teams and coordinate solution strategy across extended stakeholders
• Support field marketing events as a subject matter expert and presenter
• Travel up to 50% to engage with customers in assigned territory

What they're looking for

• Solutions engineering and pre-sales expertise (5+ years in SaaS/enterprise software)
• AI knowledge including LLMs, embeddings, automation, and prompt engineering
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities across technical and business audiences
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and modern architectures (REST, OAuth, JSON)
• Low-code/no-code automation platform experience (Nintex, Zapier, n8n, etc.)
• Technical fluency with Python, Javascript, or similar languages preferred
• Business acumen and ability to communicate ROI
• Spanish language proficiency (preferred)
