Brain Co. is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to design and scale infrastructure solutions for various institutions. The role involves working on Kubernetes and Terraform setups, ensuring reliability in AI workloads, and collaborating with a team to create impactful technology.

What you'll do

• Design and scale Kubernetes- and Terraform-based infrastructure
• Define standards for networking, security, and CI/CD
• Build and maintain metrics, logging, and dashboards
• Diagnose and improve performance across distributed systems
• Support high-performance inference and data pipelines
• Ensure systems scale under unpredictable workloads

What they're looking for

• 5+ years in backend or infrastructure systems
• Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform
• Knowledge of cloud networking and orchestration
• Strong distributed systems experience
• Ability to work with customers and teams
• Comfortable in high-agency environments
• Problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations
