AI Product Engineer

About this role

Brain Co. seeks an AI Product Engineer to build and deploy software solutions that bring frontier AI technology to real-world problems in government, healthcare, and critical industries. You'll work directly with institutional customers to develop product specifications and ship systems from scratch, combining front-end and back-end expertise to automate complex processes at scale.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy AI-powered software solutions that automate complex manual processes in government and industrial sectors
• Partner directly with customer stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into technical requirements
• Build scalable data pipelines, integrate sensor networks, and optimize application performance for production environments
• Maintain and monitor deployed applications across various government and institutional clients worldwide
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and establish high-quality engineering practices within the team
• Stay current with software engineering and AI developments to continuously improve solutions
