Solutions Engineer, Security & Privacy

About this role

Braze seeks a technically skilled Solutions Engineer to serve as the primary security and privacy expert bridging enterprise customer requirements with internal technical teams. This pre-sales role accelerates deals by expertly handling compliance questionnaires, presenting security architecture to prospect CISOs, and building a scalable security knowledge repository.

What you'll do

• Own and rapidly deliver responses to enterprise security and compliance questionnaires (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA, NIST)
• Join pre-sales calls as security subject matter expert to defend infrastructure, encryption, and compliance posture
• Build and maintain a technical RFP/security repository that evolves with product capabilities and threat landscapes
• Collaborate with internal Security, Legal, DevOps, and Product Engineering teams to create customer-facing collateral
• Develop self-service security packages, whitepapers, trust portals, and architectural diagrams
• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise deals with meticulous attention to detail

• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Project management and multitasking
• MarTech/CDP/ESP familiarity
• Information security and IT audit background
