What you'll do
- Review Airworthiness Directives for FAA compliance
- Evaluate avionics/electrical system modifications and service bulletins
- Offer technical support for avionics issues
- Coordinate with flight operations on communication systems
- Develop specifications for avionics installations and upgrades
- Prepare engineering documents for maintenance actions
What they're looking for
- 4-year degree in Engineering focused on Avionics/Electrical Systems
- 7+ years of aviation engineering experience
- Familiarity with avionics systems architecture
- Experience with ARINC data buses
- Strong technical report writing capabilities
- Knowledge of CFR regulatory requirements
- Experience in a Part 121 environment
- International travel readiness
