Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

Bretton AI seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to deploy and integrate its AI agent platform at enterprise financial services clients. You'll work directly with banks and fintechs to implement complex integrations, navigate compliance requirements, and translate customer needs into product improvements while serving as a trusted technical advisor throughout the deployment lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Deploy AI agents at financial institutions, managing security and compliance complexities in regulated environments
• Travel onsite to resolve integration challenges, including core banking system connectivity and production edge cases
• Collaborate with BSA officers and AML teams to translate business workflows into agent configurations
• Develop reusable connectors and frameworks that convert customer-specific solutions into scalable platform capabilities
• Guide customers from demo through go-live, troubleshooting issues and expanding product value
• Communicate customer insights and product opportunities back to engineering and product teams
