About this role

Bretton AI is seeking a Product Engineer to build AI-powered compliance automation tools for financial services. You'll own full-stack features that help customers manage AML investigations and regulatory workflows, combining technical depth with direct customer collaboration.

What you'll do

• Design and ship full-stack features for case management, reporting, and analytics platforms
• Build document analysis and AI agent workflow systems that coordinate tools while maintaining human oversight
• Develop configuration and customization tools for compliance workflows
• Gather customer requirements and iterate based on production feedback
• Own features end-to-end from conception through deployment and monitoring
• Create intuitive interfaces and backend systems processing thousands of compliance cases
