Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

Brillio seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise healthcare clients, uncovering business problems and rapidly building AI-powered solutions from discovery through production. You'll combine deep healthcare domain expertise with full-stack AI development skills, collaborating closely with stakeholders to move AI initiatives from strategy to scalable, enterprise-ready systems.

What you'll do

• Discover high-value business problems with healthcare stakeholders and translate them into viable AI opportunities
• Design and build working AI prototypes and full-stack applications using Claude, RAG, agentic workflows, and API integrations
• Partner with governance teams to harden prototypes into production systems with responsible AI practices and compliance
• Lead client engagement through demos, status updates, and executive communication to build trust and drive adoption
• Develop deep expertise in client healthcare operations and contribute learnings back to internal AI accelerator library
• Document solutions for handoff and scaling across broader engineering teams
