Backend Software Engineer, LiveOps

About this role

BRINC is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to design and maintain scalable backend systems supporting real-time drone and public safety services. You'll own core platform components, ensure security and performance, and collaborate across hardware and autonomy teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you'll do

• Own and maintain scalable backend platform supporting global real-time services
• Ensure platform security, reliability, and performance at scale
• Build infrastructure and tooling for the platform
• Prototype new features and solutions for customers and stakeholders
• Collaborate with hardware and autonomy teams on live data streaming solutions
• Design and implement APIs serving non-technical end users
