Test Engineer, Electrical Engineering

About this role

BRINC, a public safety technology company, seeks an Electrical Engineering Test Engineer to design and validate test systems for drones and safety products. You'll create automated testing setups, execute comprehensive test plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Design and develop test hardware fixtures and automated testing systems for drones and electronics
• Define and execute test plans for electrical, mechanical, and embedded systems validation
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python, LabVIEW, or similar tools
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and recommend design improvements based on test results
• Conduct environmental and stress testing for real-world durability validation
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards
