About this role

Britive seeks an experienced Sales Engineer to drive technical sales for its cloud-native privileged access management platform. You'll lead discovery, demos, and POCs with enterprise prospects while translating customer needs to product improvements and guiding deals from initial evaluation through close.

What you'll do

  • Conduct technical discovery calls to assess prospect environments and identify security gaps around privileged access and cloud infrastructure
  • Deliver customized product demonstrations covering multi-cloud architectures, identity provider integrations, and DevOps workflows
  • Own proof-of-concept engagements end-to-end, including success criteria definition, configuration, and implementation guidance
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop sales strategies, respond to RFPs, and resolve technical blockers
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to provide field feedback and maintain current platform knowledge
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with customers to maximize value realization and identify renewal and expansion opportunities

  • Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Enterprise identity providers (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or Ping Identity)
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure knowledge
  • DevOps tools (Terraform, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Programming or scripting languages (Python, Java, Shell, PowerShell, Bash)
  • REST APIs and developer toolchains
  • Zero Trust and least-privilege security frameworks
  • Consultative selling and enterprise deal management
