Footwear Developer II, Innovation

About this role

Brooks seeks a Footwear Developer II to drive innovation projects from concept through production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop sustainable running footwear. You'll apply technical expertise in manufacturing processes, prototype development, and factory partnerships while learning from senior innovators to advance the company's product vision.

What you'll do

• Lead innovation projects through all Phase Gate process phases with technical and project leadership
• Identify and evaluate new footwear technologies and manufacturing processes
• Manage sample material acquisition, prototype building, and validation testing
• Collaborate with factories and cross-functional teams on design implementation
• Contribute to process improvements that reduce environmental impact
• Support long-term innovation strategy execution for footwear performance
