Analytics Solution Engineer

Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment seeks an Analytics Solution Engineer to transform how the organization leverages data insights. You'll combine traditional analytics work with an AI-first approach, using advanced tools to deliver insights faster while maintaining accuracy and strategic impact.

What you'll do

• Respond to business stakeholder requests and translate them into data-driven insights
• Design and build dashboards and analytical solutions using AI-powered tools alongside traditional BI platforms
• Conduct exploratory analysis and prototype solutions to address business questions
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to operationalize and scale insights
• Apply judgment to ensure AI outputs are accurate, reliable, and decision-ready
• Mentor and guide teams on effective use of modern analytics and AI tools
