About this role

Build seeks an AI Engineer to own the platform experience for an autonomous AI system serving institutional real estate. You'll design and build the workflow builder, client interfaces, external gateways (email, Slack, API), and internal automation that powers the organization.

What you'll do

  • Design and develop the workflow builder enabling domain experts to create workflows without engineering
  • Build platform surfaces and interfaces for internal delivery teams to drive work output
  • Create external access gateways including email, Slack, and API integrations
  • Develop internal automation systems that power organizational operations
  • Ensure speed, reliability, and quality across all platform surfaces
  • Own end-to-end platform experience and user-facing product decisions
