About this role

Build is seeking an AI Engineer to own the modular operations powering its agentic AI workflows for real estate. You'll build and refine critical capabilities, establish evaluation frameworks, and ensure production-grade quality that senior institutional clients can rely on without question.

What you'll do

  • Design and build modular operations that compose Build's core workflows
  • Conduct failure analysis and fix underlying capability gaps to meet quality standards
  • Develop evaluation harnesses and metrics to validate improvements
  • Collaborate with domain experts to define and encode correctness criteria
  • Optimize workflows to reduce required human review while maintaining quality
  • Maintain composability and scalability of the capability library
