Growth Engineer
About this role
Build is seeking a Growth Engineer to drive revenue acceleration and remove growth constraints for an AI platform automating real estate development workflows. You'll own outbound systems, discovery channels, growth experiments, and analytics while working directly with the founding team to scale the business.
What you'll do
- Build and optimize outbound systems to identify and qualify target customers
- Own discovery channels including search, content, LLM answers, and programmatic surfaces
- Design and execute growth experiments with hypothesis formation, testing, and scaling decisions
- Develop compounding content strategy around case studies, thought leadership, and technical posts
- Invent unconventional distribution and partnership strategies
- Build analytics infrastructure to measure and track growth metrics
