Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

C3 AI seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to build and deploy full-stack AI applications on their enterprise platform while working directly with customers. You'll combine software development expertise with customer engagement, mentoring, and technical leadership to deliver production solutions and proofs-of-concept.

What you'll do

• Build full-stack AI-driven enterprise applications on the C3 AI Platform
• Partner with customers to design, develop, and deploy production applications and demos
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct design and code reviews
• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize customer applications for quality and performance
• Lead technical deep-dives, product demonstrations, and customer training sessions
• Identify technical risks and work with product teams to drive platform improvements

• Object-oriented programming (2+ years professional experience)
• Full-stack web application development
• JavaScript and Python
• JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, or similar)
