About this role

Camunda seeks a Sales Engineer for the MEA region to demonstrate platform value and guide enterprise customers through product evaluations. You'll partner with Account Executives to convert prospects into customers by delivering technical demonstrations, developing evaluation strategies, and addressing product-related questions throughout the sales cycle.

What you'll do

  • Map customer requirements to Camunda's product portfolio and develop customized evaluation plans
  • Conduct product demonstrations and facilitate technical Q&A sessions with prospects
  • Support RFI/RFP document completion and coordinate pre-sales engagements
  • Create proof-of-concepts and implement code samples to showcase platform capabilities
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Architects to develop sales strategies and close deals
  • Maintain pre-sales content and technical artifacts

What they're looking for

  • Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales experience
  • Strong technical foundation with programming fundamentals knowledge
  • Value-based and consultative selling expertise
  • Exceptional presentation and communication abilities
  • Fluent Turkish (C1/C2 level or native) and English (C1/C2 level or native)
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Software development fundamentals and product demonstration skills
  • RFP/RFI response capability
