Forward Deployed Engineer, East Asia

About this role

Cape seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between federal customers and engineering teams in East Asia, owning end-to-end deployment of privacy-focused mobile network solutions and translating real-world mission needs into product improvements.

What you'll do

• Own technical delivery of Cape's products into federal and enterprise customer environments from prototype through operational sustainment
• Embed with customer teams globally to understand workflows, threat models, and constraints that drive deployment requirements
• Configure and integrate Cape's mobile core capabilities for specific mission profiles and customer environments
• Write production-grade code for integrations, tooling, and capabilities that unblock customer deployments
• Translate customer mission requirements into prioritized engineering asks and advocate internally with deployment data and operational evidence
• Lead customer pilots and demonstrations; provide direct technical support during live operations and root-cause analysis
