Cape, a privacy-first mobile carrier, is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to build secure web applications and resilient systems that protect user privacy across the telecommunications stack. You'll develop responsive interfaces, implement security measures, and collaborate across teams to deliver mission-critical features in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

What you'll do

• Build responsive websites and landing pages that translate design mockups into functional code
• Develop reliable, performant systems and APIs that support product teams across the organization
• Implement security, performance monitoring, and testing processes for web applications
• Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards to maintain high quality across the team
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to improve user workflows
• Champion continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the engineering team
