Captivation Software seeks a senior systems engineer to bridge user needs and technical solutions for a mission-critical defense technology platform. This role combines stakeholder engagement, systems documentation, and technical support to deliver innovative solutions while maintaining system health and architecture integrity.

What you'll do

• Gather and document user operations and requirements using front-end tools to support test planning
• Maintain and update complex system architecture, dataflows, and workflow documentation
• Engage with service desk issues and solution delivery to ensure customer needs are met
• Monitor system health and collaborate with DevOps on status tracking tools
• Identify risks, mitigations, and support sprint planning and release documentation
• Assist with weekly status reporting and team lead coordination activities
