• Collaborate with mission customers to support video, image, speech, and text analytic capabilities
• Deploy, operate, and maintain mission capabilities for customers
• Provide customer support and outreach services
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, Hustle, and Skype for team collaboration and project management
• Apply knowledge of AI/ML technologies to mission-relevant problems
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions to customers
