Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

Serve as the primary technical liaison between Jinba's workflow automation platform and enterprise customers, owning deployments from pilot through expansion. You'll configure the platform, build integrations with complex enterprise systems, and translate customer needs back to the product team.

What you'll do

• Deploy and configure Jinba for enterprise customers with successful adoption
• Understand customer tech stacks, workflows, and integration requirements
• Build integrations connecting Jinba to legacy systems, databases, and enterprise software
• Debug and resolve production issues in customer deployments
• Translate customer feedback into product requirements for the engineering team
• Develop documentation and reusable integration patterns from field experience

• Enterprise security and compliance (SOC 2, SSO, VPNs)
• Customer communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• AI/LLM product knowledge
• Integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, ETL, data pipelines)
• Regulated industry experience (finance, insurance, manufacturing)
