Cartesia is seeking a Product Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical support and enhance customer satisfaction on their AI platform. This role involves direct customer interaction, issue resolution, and collaboration with engineering and product teams to influence improvement processes.
What you'll do
- Act as the main point of contact for Level 1 support for smaller accounts.
- Provide hands-on support, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
- Build strong relationships with customers and technical teams.
- Document solutions and contribute to internal and customer-facing guides.
- Participate in incident response and on-call rotation for support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance support operations.
What they're looking for
- 2-8 years in technical support or related roles.
- Proficient in troubleshooting APIs and SDKs.
- Strong communication skills for technical problem interpretation.
- Ability to prioritize and remain calm under pressure.
- High ownership with a collaborative mindset.
- Scripting experience in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript (preferred).
- Familiarity with AI tools and APIs (nice to have).
