About this role

Carvana is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to design, develop, and manage ServiceNow solutions across various modules including ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITOM, and HAM. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate processes, build workflows, and enhance the platform's capabilities, ultimately contributing to improved business efficiency and customer experience. This is a fully on-site role in Tempe, Arizona.

What you'll do

  • Configure and enhance core ITSM processes.
  • Design and implement Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions.
  • Build and maintain Service Catalog content.
  • Automate processes using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
  • Develop custom scoped applications on the Now Platform.
  • Manage Hardware Asset Management (HAM) across the full lifecycle.
