Machine Learning Engineer

About this role

Casap, a Series A fintech startup, seeks a Machine Learning Engineer to develop fraud detection and dispute resolution models that automate banking operations. You'll design production ML systems, build model orchestration layers, and collaborate with stakeholders to create continuously improving solutions for financial institutions.

What you'll do

• Develop and deploy ML models to evaluate disputes, chargebacks, and fraud likelihood
• Build and manage orchestration layer for multiple models enabling automated decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate partner and customer data
• Design ML infrastructure in a high-growth startup environment
• Ensure continuous model improvement and first-class user experience
