Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

Casca is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to partner directly with banking customers, translating their business needs into AI-native technical solutions. You'll own end-to-end system architecture and development, combining software engineering with strategic customer engagement to modernize legacy banking infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Partner with banking customers and executives to understand requirements and architect tailored technical solutions
• Own high-stakes projects with CTO-level responsibility, managing architecture, coding, and strategic priorities
• Design and build integrated systems combining AI models, backend APIs, and web applications from concept to production
• Write production-quality code while balancing technical and business considerations
• Drive engineering best practices across teams and initiatives
• Execute projects from conception through deployment with entrepreneurial ownership

• Software engineering (1-6+ years experience)
