Casper Studios is seeking an AI Product Engineer to own the full lifecycle of AI product development, from initial concept to production deployment, within client engagements. This role requires a blend of strong engineering fundamentals, LLM expertise, and the ability to translate client needs into robust, scalable, and secure solutions while serving as the primary technical point of contact. You'll thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment with significant ownership and responsibility.
What you'll do
- Own AI product builds end-to-end, from concept to production.
- Gather requirements, prioritize work, and pressure-test stakeholder requests.
- Prototype with LLMs and harden into production-ready code.
- Perform data engineering tasks including ingestion, modeling, and ETL.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for clients.
- Instrument and iterate on AI products based on real usage data.
