Casper Studios is seeking an AI Security & DevOps Engineer to establish and enforce secure development practices for AI systems, bridging the gap between prototype and production. This role will encompass both technical leadership in security standards and direct client engagement, translating security requirements into actionable development practices within regulated enterprises. The ideal candidate possesses deep hands-on experience in application security, DevOps, and a keen understanding of AI-specific security challenges like prompt injection and agent permissions.
What you'll do
- Define and implement Casper's security standard for AI systems development.
- Establish and manage a security gate within the delivery process, including threat modeling and design reviews.
- Harden AI systems by focusing on identity, secrets management, and data protection.
- Own the platform security aspects, including CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.
- Engage with client security teams to gather requirements and provide threat models.
- Lead security audits and proactively address vulnerabilities within Casper's systems.
