System Engineer – Security Administration & Endpoint Management (QB - SE - 20260507)

About this role

A hybrid security and systems operations role responsible for managing endpoint security, access controls, and device lifecycle for an enterprise software company. You'll be the operational owner bridging security tools (like CrowdStrike) with day-to-day IT processes, handling everything from employee onboarding to security incident response.

What you'll do

• Configure, deploy, and maintain endpoint security tools and device management platforms
• Manage user access provisioning and deprovisioning with clean, complete offboarding processes
• Monitor endpoint alerts and security events, responding to incidents as they occur
• Support employee device setup and troubleshooting for Mac and Windows environments
• Implement and enforce access controls and security policies across corporate systems
• Establish operational procedures and documentation for security workflows
