This hands-on role involves supporting research and company operations, with a focus on automation, security, and reliability, including a structured takeover of their AWS environment over 6 months. The ideal candidate will leverage AI and automation to streamline processes and contribute to a secure and compliant infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Improve IT systems and automation, simplifying processes and eliminating repetitive tasks.
- Administer SaaS platforms and manage user access with security best practices.
- Manage device security, inventory, and provisioning for Mac and Windows devices.
- Maintain and enhance the AI-powered internal IT support system.
- Automate account, device, and access provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Operate and improve the company’s AWS environment, including networking and security.
