Applied Value Engineer

About this role

Celonis seeks an Applied Value Engineer to drive end-to-end customer success by translating operational challenges into intelligent process solutions. You'll partner with enterprise clients to deploy process intelligence and AI-driven automation, managing the full lifecycle from discovery through value realization and expansion.

What you'll do

• Lead technical discovery and capability demonstrations during pre-sales and guide post-sale implementation to ensure adoption and value targets
• Own enterprise-wide ROI programs and accelerate customer autonomy through QBRs, strategic roadmaps, and value tracking frameworks
• Serve as technical SME for assigned customer industries and scale domain knowledge across the organization
• Identify AI opportunities aligned with customer strategies and translate requirements into solutions using Celonis platform expertise
• Manage multiple customer projects at different stages, coordinating scope, expectations, and timelines with internal and partner teams
• Deliver executive-level presentations and technical demonstrations to VP+ stakeholders
